    Terms And Conditions ( Last Update: 15.03.2026 )

    1. General

    1.1 The purchase/payment of any travel services offered by BestBus Azerbaijan constitutes a contractual arrangement between the Traveler (“you”) and BestBus Azerbaijan, and represents your acceptance of the BestBus Azerbaijan Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. As the lead traveler, you accept, and confirm you have authority and consent to accept, these BestBus Azerbaijan Terms & Conditions for yourself and all members of your traveling party.
    1.2 Terms & Conditions are accurate at time of printing and are subject to change prior to booking. You are advised to check on the websites or request the latest version of the Terms & Conditions from your Travel Agent or BestBus Azerbaijan prior to booking your transfer service.
    1.3 You are responsible for verifying everything on your booking is accurate and complete, including dates of travel, options selected and other options. BestBus Azerbaijan cannot be responsible for any kind of misunderstanding and not providing service if all the details are not correct in your booking.
    1.4 The Company is entitled to unilaterally change these T&C any time, without any prior notice. Each change made (with a respective date) is published on the Website. It is Your responsibility to visit the Website from time to time in order to check T&C amendments and/or additions. The new T&C will have legal force and will be applicable to the relations and responsibilities that have arisen before publishing it on the Website.
    1.5 If You do not accept these T&C, please, stop any use of the Website. Being on the Website, opening an account, becoming a Customer and using the services are proof of Your unconditional acceptance of these T&C.

    2. Visas and Passports

    2.1 It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required documents for entering or leaving a country.
    2.2 BestBus Azerbaijan is not responsible if a passenger is denied entry to a country due to missing or incorrect travel documentation.
    2.3 Travelers are responsible for complying with all immigration, health, and entry requirements applicable to their destination.

    3. Bookings and Payments

    3.1 The customer shall pay BestBus Azerbaijan all applicable charges, fees, and taxes for the transfer services booked through bestbusbaku.com, in accordance with the payment terms agreed at the time of booking.
    3.2 After BestBus Azerbaijan receives your full deposit or agrees on the price of any provided service, the price will be guaranteed and you will be protected from an increase in the base price for your order due to the foreign currency surcharge.
    3.3 Prices for transfer services are agreed with the customer in advance. Prices may change only if the customer requests additional stops, route changes, extra waiting time, or vehicle upgrades.
    3.4 Bookings should be made as early as possible. For urgent or last-minute bookings, customers are advised to contact BestBus Azerbaijan directly by phone or email to confirm availability.
    3.5 Travel times provided on the website are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, and road conditions. BestBus Azerbaijan is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond the driver’s control.
    3.6 The maximum waiting time for a passenger at the pickup location is 1 hour, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Additional waiting charges may apply after this period.
    3.7 If the customer cannot locate the driver at the pickup point, the customer must contact BestBus Azerbaijan immediately using the provided phone number. If no contact is made within a reasonable time, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the paid amount may be non-refundable.
    3.8 BestBus Azerbaijan offers different vehicle types depending on the number of passengers and luggage requirements. If passengers travel with oversized luggage, ski equipment, or extra bags, they must inform BestBus Azerbaijan in advance so that a suitable vehicle can be arranged.
    3.9 Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage during the transfer. BestBus Azerbaijan is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or unattended items left in the vehicle.
    3.10 If a passenger causes damage to the vehicle, BestBus Azerbaijan reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of repair or cleaning, depending on the extent of the damage.

    4. Cancellations(By The Customer) and Refunds

    4.1 Customers may cancel their booking by notifying BestBus Azerbaijan in writing by email or message. Cancellation fees, if applicable, will depend on the date on which the cancellation request is received.
    4.2 The customer is responsible for informing BestBus Azerbaijan about any cancellation as early as possible. If no cancellation notice is received, the applicable cancellation policy will apply.
    4.3 Deposits of 10–20% used to confirm a booking are non-refundable.
    4.4 Cancellation fees may apply depending on how many days before the scheduled service the cancellation is made. The applicable cancellation fees are listed below.
    60 days prior to commencement of services: Cancellation fee – 10% of total price (Transaction fee is not included in the price)
    30 days prior to commencement of services: Cancellation fee – 30% of total price (Transaction fee is not included in the price)
    10 days prior to commencement of services: Cancellation fee – 50% of total price (Transaction fee is not included in the price)
    2 days (48 hours) prior to commencement of services: Cancellation fee – 100% of total price (Transaction fee is not included in the price)

    5. Cancellations(By The Contractor) and Refunds

    5.1 BestBus Azerbaijan reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of vehicle technical problems, driver illness, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control. In such cases, BestBus Azerbaijan will contact the customer and discuss possible alternative solutions.
    5.2 If BestBus Azerbaijan cancels a booking, the company will contact the customer as soon as possible and provide information about the reason for the cancellation.
    5.3 If BestBus Azerbaijan cancels a booking, the customer may receive a full or partial refund of the amount already paid, depending on the circumstances.

    6. TRAVEL INSURANCE

    6.1 BestBus Azerbaijan does not provide travel insurance. Clients are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance before using our transfer services.
    6.2 Clients are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance that includes medical coverage, emergency evacuation, and repatriation for the duration of their trip.
    6.3 Travel insurance should also cover personal injury, medical expenses, trip cancellation, and other unexpected costs that may occur during travel. The price of the transfer service does not include any travel insurance coverage.

    7. MARKETING MATERIALS

    7.1 The client agrees that during the use of BestBus Azerbaijan transfer services, photos or videos may occasionally be taken by company representatives, drivers, or other clients.
    7.2 The client acknowledges and agrees that such images or videos may include the client in part or in full and may be used by BestBus Azerbaijan for marketing and promotional purposes.
    7.3 By using our services, the client grants BestBus Azerbaijan permission to use such images or videos for promotional materials, including websites and social media, without compensation.

    8. RISKE

    8.1 The client acknowledges that transportation services may involve certain risks, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather conditions, road closures, delays, and other circumstances beyond the control of BestBus Azerbaijan.
    8.2 By booking a transfer service, the client accepts these risks and agrees that BestBus Azerbaijan cannot be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or other consequences caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    8.3 BestBus Azerbaijan will make reasonable efforts to provide the service safely and efficiently, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted travel under all conditions.

    9. FORCE MAJEURE

    9.1 BestBus Azerbaijan shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, interruption, change, or failure to perform the booked transfer service if such event is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    9.2 Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, severe weather conditions, snowstorms, ice, heavy rain, fog, avalanches, landslides, road closures, traffic accidents, traffic congestion, public demonstrations, strikes, riots, war, terrorism, fire, flood, earthquake, natural disasters, government restrictions, border closures, quarantine measures, public health emergencies, power failures, vehicle access restrictions, and any other unforeseen event that prevents or delays the normal operation of the transfer service.
    9.3 In the event of force majeure, BestBus Azerbaijan will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and, where possible, offer an alternative solution, reschedule the service, or adjust the pickup or drop-off arrangement. However, BestBus Azerbaijan shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to missed flights, missed hotel check-ins, missed connections, lost reservations, additional travel expenses, loss of business, or any other financial or personal loss resulting from such circumstances.
    9.4 The customer acknowledges and agrees that travel times shown on the website or communicated before the transfer are estimates only and may be affected by weather, road, traffic, border, or other external conditions. In such cases, BestBus Azerbaijan shall be released from liability to the extent that performance of the service is prevented, delayed, or made impossible by force majeure.

    10. Governing Law

    10.1  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by BestBus Azerbaijan shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Azerbaijan.
